Famneo helps you keep and understand health records. It is not a doctor, and it is not a substitute for one.
What Famneo is
Famneo is a record and awareness tool. It organises papers, shows values and trends, and prepares summaries to discuss with your doctor.
What Famneo is not
- It does not diagnose any condition.
- It does not prescribe medicines or recommend treatment.
- It is not for use in an emergency.
Scores and alerts
- The record health score shows how complete and current a record is. It is not a measure of how healthy a person is.
- A note such as "a change worth a question" is a prompt to ask your doctor. It does not mean something is wrong.
- Not seeing a note does not mean everything is fine.
Automatic reading can be wrong
Values are read from photos and PDFs by software. Handwriting, blurry photos and unusual layouts can cause errors. Check important values against the original paper.
Reference ranges
Ranges shown are the ones printed by the lab on each report. Normal ranges differ between labs, ages and people, so your doctor's interpretation matters more than any range.
When to get help
Always talk to a qualified doctor about symptoms, test results, medicines and treatment. Never ignore medical advice or delay care because of something you read in Famneo. In an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.
