These terms are the agreement between you and Rihaan Labs for using Famneo. Please read them together with the Privacy policy and the Medical disclaimer.

Using Famneo

• You must be 18 or older to create an account. A parent or legal guardian may add and manage a child's record.
• Give correct information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Only add records of people who have agreed, or whom you are legally allowed to act for.

Your records

The records you add stay yours. You give us permission to store, read, organise and show them to you, and to share them only as you choose, so that Famneo can work. You can delete a person's record or your account at any time.

Not medical advice

Famneo is a record and awareness tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it does not replace a doctor. Please read the Medical disclaimer.

Check what Famneo reads

Famneo reads papers automatically and can make mistakes. Please check the values it shows against the original, and correct anything that is wrong, before relying on it or showing it to a doctor.

What you agree not to do

• Use Famneo for anything unlawful, or to harm or deceive anyone.
• Try to break into the service, overload it, or access another person's records.
• Copy or resell the service, or reverse engineer it.

Availability

We work to keep Famneo available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may add, change or remove features. We will give notice of changes that significantly affect you.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Rihaan Labs is not liable for decisions made only on the basis of information in Famneo, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using Famneo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you inside Famneo about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in India have jurisdiction.
