For doctors

The whole history, in minutes.

A patient who uses Famneo can give you one clear summary instead of a bag of papers. Everything in it comes from the patient's own records, and nothing is shared without their agreement.

What you see

One summary

Conditions, medicines, vaccines, recent tests and what has changed, on one page.

Values in paper order

Every report keeps its values in the order printed, with the lab's own reference ranges.

Trends over time

The same test across visits, so a slow change is easy to see.

Family context

Relevant family history, only where the patient has chosen to include it.

Treatment history

Medicines taken, side effects noted, and follow-ups, from the first visit to now.

Source papers

The original report is always one tap away, so you can check anything you see.

How sharing works

  1. The patient or guardian chooses to share and names the recipient.
  2. Famneo creates a private, read-only link that expires on the date they pick.
  3. You open the link in a browser. You do not need an account, and you cannot change the record.

How we use clinical judgement

Famneo does not diagnose or prescribe. Scores describe how complete a record is. Anything that looks like an early signal is built as a prompt for you and the patient to discuss, and is reviewed by doctors before it is shown to families.
